Exchange available within 7 days of delivery.
Exchange Eligibility
Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Customized, personalized, and final sale items are not eligible for exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect or shipping damage.
Exchange Process
To request an exchange, please contact our customer support via WhatsApp at +92 308 1703703. Kindly share your order number, item(s) to be exchanged, and the reason for exchange.
Once approved, customers are required to send the item back to our warehouse address using any courier service for the exchange process.
Return Policy
If you receive a damaged item or a product with unsatisfactory quality, please contact our customer support team to request a refund. The item must be unworn and returned to the Maliyal Jewels warehouse for verification.
